that's how isaac says it. "mom, did you and dad and chas and cole go to you nork this summer?" yes isaac, we did. forty-eight hours of non-stop walking and sightseeing like i've never done before in that city. we took the boys to the empire state building, the twin towers, ellis island, statue of liberty island, and china town. we saw a broadway show (peter and the starcatchers which was super awesome and funny and not at all crude thankfully) and ate canollies and ny pizza. we stayed with christian john (high school friend) and his beautiful family in brooklyn. ate lunch under the brooklyn bridge and even got to see some of devan's old mission stomping grounds. pretty awesome trip for sure. one of my favorites thus far.
