ike loves these two things very much: having books read to him and pulling at his ears. it's so fun when he does them both at the same time. it's especially wonderful when he backs up to you (picture a dump truck backing into a small space minus the beep...well, sometimes i beep for him.) with the book in his hand saying, "couch, book. couch, book." i love it. the ear pulling thing is unique to ike. at least in our family. it's a quirky sort of habit that we love most of the time...but sometimes he pulls his ears really hard when he's crying, thereby adding further insult to injury as it were. well, actually, it's usually the other way around. someone has insulted him and then he further injures himself. but boy do i digress...the point is, he's cute. and we love him to the moon and back, infinity plus one and all that...
