the kiddos

here are some recent pics from when i had to go take pictures for dev of the kids' cafeteria during different times of the day. it was a crazy busy day full of errands so i bribed avery with a dollar store visit...she chose these beautiful clip on earings. she loved them and wore them to school one day even. it's amazing how alike we are in some ways and how different in others. she's so great.

i shot this one during cole's lunch hour...obviously. this is his friend walker. walker calls cole ben and sometimes bc. it's so cute how much they adore each other. walker is coming over to our house for the first time tomorrow morning and cole can't stop talking about it. it's hard not to love walker...just look at that great hair and those pinchable cheeks. i think these two are mrs. judith's craziest kids as well as her favorite. she told me the other day she loves it when they each grab one of her legs and hug it to death so she can't move at all. i nearly fell over for the lack of boundaries my child is clearly displaying in school, but she assured me it was a funny joke between the three of them. uh, ok.

chas is the one in the corner downing an applesauce...without a spoon. i suppose i deserve to have a child that hates utensils. i hated utensils. do remember when you made me promise to use utensils when i went away to school mom? i do. and i did it just for you. i hope chas does it for me someday too. at least he's not wasting any applesauce.

cheese! that's what he's saying here. pretty soon people are going to wonder if he has any eyes cause he squints so much in pictures. reminds me of julie's scrench face. but he's so dang cute if you ask me.
